by reimagining current church metrics.

 The effectiveness of traditional institutional metrics is quickly decreasing. There was a time when metrics like attendance and giving were great indicators of church vitality. But they can no longer serve as our sole indicator of vitality. When they do, they have the power to affect the way budgets are built, staff is hired, and energy is invested. The truth is that measuring vitality based on traditional metrics no longer works and it is causing a lot of churches to either burn out, or worse yet, close their doors. 

At Here and Now Coaching, we take time to understand your context, your mission field, and even your own strengths. In doing so, we are able to provide you with new (contextual) metrics that will help you realize your full potential. We are passionate about this because we believe that as more churches are able to live into their full potential, the world around us begins to better reflect heaven on earth. In the end, helping people experience heaven on earth should be our true goal, not increasing attendance. And we can help you do that!
