Our Coaching Consists Of:

Church Development

This is a long term coaching arrangement where I will personally work with key staff and lay people. Through this year, we will gain clarity about the gifts and strengths of the church, gain clarity about their mission field, and develop systems, strategies, and semaphores. The goal is to build a culture of active participation within the church so that it can best help its mission field experience heaven on earth. 

• Length: 1 year
• Meetings: 2 in person; monthly zoom calls
• Cost: travel and accommodations for in person visits plus the cost of a personalized plan for the church

One-On-One Coaching

This is a customizable plan where I will personally work with you. Through this time together, the individual will identify an area of growth and will be empowered to more effectively live into it. The goal is to help this person grow in knowledge so that they can then lead their church to best help its mission field experience heaven on earth.

• Length: minimum of 3 months
• Meetings: monthly zoom calls; unlimited texts, calls, and emails
• Cost: to be determined by what the personalized plan looks like and length of contract. 

Weekend or Day Retreats

This is weekend training that takes place on location. The purpose of this is to give leaders a broad overview of a desired type of coaching. This will include pre-work to help identify strengths of the staff and community insights. The retreat will be created to give enough information that the participants can then take those lessons and begin putting them into practice asap. I am also willing to preach at a service that Sunday morning and share with the church our findings and help get people excited to join in the work

• Length: minimum of 1 day
• Meetings: Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday morning
• Cost: travel and accommodations plus the cost of a personalized plan for the church
