What is Unpacking Boxes? 

Think of it this way. We all have our understandings of what "successful" ministry is supposed to look like. 

Living into these understandings, is what I call living "inside the box". It's not a bad thing. They are just in a box that everyone seems to understand and live by. But is the box a helpful tool, or is it indirectly hurting the way you see the vitality of your church for its mission field?

Unpacking Boxes is about looking at the various things we have placed in the box 

and unpacking them to see what is still useful today and what is not.
